I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Aysgarth Falls and close to other charming towns like Leyburn and Richmond. The rooms were cozy, and I loved the beautiful views of Penn Hill both at the front and the back of the hotel. The service was outstanding, with a perfect balance of attentiveness. The dining experience, especially the homemade jams at breakfast, was delightful. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable for me during my stay.

My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were fabulous, so comfortable and relaxing, even though a little on the small side. The location was stunning with amazing views across the Dales in all directions, ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The dining experience was wonderful, with lovely fresh choices every day and all locally sourced ingredients. The service was very helpful, most attentive, although a bit biased towards 'regular' customers. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
